Org charts in tech companies are messy. Traditional hierarchy diagrams don’t capture how modern product teams actually work—designers embedded in squads, engineers reporting to different leads but collaborating on the same product areas, PMs spanning multiple domains.
Existing tools either treat org structure as a byproduct of HR systems or offer drawing tools with no underlying data model. Neither helps you answer: who is actually working on what, across Product, Design, and Engineering?
The Solution
